Holyoke Project Estimated Cost and Schedule
The estimated total project cost is $8.4M provided as follows: $4.5M federal, $2.9M state, and $1.5M local/private funding. The first phase of the Firehouse Renovation will be completed in July, 2009, which included demolition and asbestos abatement of the building. The final phase of the renovation is set to begin in late summer/early fall, 2009 with completion in September 2010. Construction of the Bus Port/Parking is also set to begin in late summer/early fall 2009 with completion in September 2010.
