Title VI Information

The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority is committed to providing a policy of non-discrimination in the conduct of its business, including its Title VI responsibilities and to the delivery of equitable and accessible transportation services. Any person who believes that he or she has been subjected to discrimination under Title VI on the basis of race, color or national origin may file a Title VI complaint with PVTA within 180 days from the date of the alleged discrimination.

You may file a complaint by calling 1-877-779-7882 or going to the PVTA Customer Service Office located at 1341 Main Street, Springfield MA, between the hours of 9:00am to 4:45pm Monday through Friday or you may fill out the form:
